Perko Powermatic Satin Chrome Door Closer
The Perko Powermatic is a concealed hydraulic door closer that can be used on a door up to 80kg in weight. It is CE marked (1121) Certifire approved (CF370) and conforms to BS EN 1154 power size 3. Powermatic closers are suitable for use on doors including half hour and one hour latched and unlatched fire doors. The Powermatic is completely concealed when the door is closed and only the fixed links and end plates are visible when it is open. It can be fitted where lack of space prevents the use of a surface-mounted door closer. Opening forces comply with the requirements of Approved Document M, making it suitable for use by elderly people and young children. Supplied complete with screws and full fitting instructions. Rounded satin chrome end plates.
