The Knipex 77 12 - 77 22 range of electronic pliers are a top quality precision pliers for ultra fine cutting work in electronics and fine mechanics.There are 2 versions in the 77 range - round head, bevelled with wire clamp and round head, NON-bevelled. They have precision shaped tips which are ideal for cutting close sitting wire, soft wire up to 1.6mm to hard wire up to 0.5mm diameter.These Knipex electronic pliers are jointed with a stainless steel rivet for added strength and easy movement and have cutting edges additionally induction hardened for durability and a longer life.These pliers have an extremely smooth play-free joint with stainless steel rivet movement for minimum operator fatigue. The handles are coated with soft plastic for comfort and a return spring built into the handle.Both models have precision-ground cutting edges for flush cutting and low friction double spring for gentle smooth closing and opening. The cutting edges are separately induction hardened to approximately 62HRc. These pliers are made from special tool steel which is oil hardened for added strength and durability.
