Wet Room Drop Stainless Steel Grate

To be used in conjunction with the Wickes Wet Room Linear Solution sku 212867The Drop Grate should be used for tile thickness of 10 to 26mm. It can be used in any shower area and be easily removed to clean the waste and trap.The maximum overall height of tiles and underfloor heating is 26mm and must not exceed this.We strongly recommend viewing our installation movie before purchase and during installation.

The Wet Room Linear is a complete solution for installing a Wet Room into the average bathroom.Includes: 800mm Gully with Tile Insert Grate, 50mm side outlet and Joist Installation Kit, Wet Room Tray with packers and Solvent Weld Gap Filler, Wet Room Tanking Pack for 8m2 that includes primer, pipe covers, tanking tape and 8m2 of Elastogum Waterproof Membrane.The 800mm Gully is supplied with an 800mm Linear Length Tile Insert Grate allowing larger fashionable ceramic tiles to be used and sits in the centre of the tray. The tiled Insert Grate Creates an uninterrupted design across the Wet Room floor.The Linear Wet Room 800mm Gully accommodates tiles up to 10mm thick with a 3mm bed of tile adhesive (overall height 13mm).The 50mm side outlet is made of Polypropylene Plastic and is designed to be self cleaning. It will disperse a minimum of 60 litres of water per minute. It also has falls built into the product for ease of maintenance so there is no dirt or odour build up.The Wet Room Tray is designed to go on top of floorboards to make the installation process easy. The trays are 19mm thick and can be used in conjunction with 18mm Marine ply floorboards. It has 2% falls built into the tray for water to flow into the Gully.The tray is supplied in four pieces for ease of installation with packers and solvent weld gap filler to seal the tray together. The tanking kit is then used to tape and seal the tray giving it a threefold waterproofing process.The tanking kit is designed to waterproof plasterboard, concrete and Marine ply in a Wet Room before tiling. It is waterproof, water resistant and will bridge hairline cracks of up to 1mm.
